What specifications of charger are required for Loona's charging dock?
Loona’s charging dock is recommended to be used with a charger that has an output specification of 5V/3A. A 5V/2A charger can also be used, but due to the relatively lower output specification, it will take longer to fully charge Loona. Additionally, due to insufficient power, some electronic components may produce a high-pitched noise.
Can Loona automatically come out of the charging dock when fully charged?
Yes. After connecting the app to Loona, you can set Loona to automatically come out of the charging dock when fully charged by going to Settings – Loona – Auto come out of the Charging Dock.
How long does it take to fully charge Loona?
Loona takes approximately 3 hours to fully charge using a 5V/3A charger. If a 5V/2A charger is used, it is expected to take around 3.5 hours to reach a full charge.
