EasyFlex is a TPU-based material with 95A Shore hardness.

TPU (short for Thermoplastic Polyurethane) is highly flexible, impact, chemical and abrasive resistant with excellent strength and layer adhesion. This makes it suitable for a wide variety of applications and whatever requires softness and flexibility. Like 3D-print parts for automotive use, grips for bicycle handlebars, protective cases for phones or hard drives, just to mention a few.

It is easy to use, have good chemical resistance and is very ductile and durable.

Printing with EasyFlex:

• Recommended printing temperature: 230-250°C and for the bed: no or up to 50°C
• Printing speed: 20 – 40mm/s Fan: 0-50%
• Make sure the filament is dry before using it, since TPU is mildly sensitive to humidity.
• If deemed humid, dry at 50°C for 2-3 hours. For drying we recommend the FilaDryer S2 from SUNLU.
