1. Conclusion of the contract:

The presentation of the goods in the online store is not considered a legally binding offer, but only a non-binding online catalog. By clicking on the “Place order” button, you submit a binding order for the goods in the shopping cart. Confirmation that the order has been received is issued immediately after sending the order and is not considered proof of acceptance of the contract. We are entitled to accept your order by sending an order confirmation by e-mail.

2. Instructions on withdrawal from the contract

2.1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving a reason for withdrawal.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the date on which the goods have been received by you or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you as the recipient.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Steamkits.eu, e-mail: readLine@steamkits.eu) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by sending a notification to the e-mail address provided.
In order to meet the withdrawal period, it will be sufficient if you send us a message about exercising your right of withdrawal before the expiry of that period.

2.2. Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving information about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will reimburse the payments received using the same payment method that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to use another payment method; in any case, you will not be required to bear any costs that may arise as a result of such a reimbursement. We are entitled to withhold the reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided us with proof of return of the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must send the goods back to us or hand them over to us or our carrier immediately and in any event not later than 14 days from the date on which you communicate your withdrawal from the contract. The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if the goods are sent back before the expiry of the aforementioned 14-day period.
We undertake to cover the costs of returning the goods. You shall be liable for any diminished value of the goods if the goods are used for purposes other than to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

3. Exclusion/expiration of the right to withdraw from the contract

In accordance with Cabinet Regulation No. 2014 of 20 May 255 “Regulations on Distance Contracts” Clause 22. The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not pre-made and are made according to the consumer’s instructions or are clearly personalized, and the right of withdrawal expires prematurely in relation to contracts for hermetically sealed goods that are not intended for return in accordance with health or hygiene requirements, if such goods are opened after their delivery.

4. Delivery

We deliver goods throughout Europe. Delivery of goods is provided by Venipak; DPD. 

Delivery costs within Latvia

Shipping within the Latvia is usually run by DPD, Venipak. In fact, shipping via both vendors means numerous advantages for you. Uncomplicated and comfortable tracing of the current shipping and processing status as well as fast delivery are just two of them. The costs of delivery are determined by the respective total weight of your order. The commodities are automatically insured (standart CMR 8.33 SDR).

The billing of the subsequent deliveries deviates from the above mentioned billing model:
– Local Pickup – Free of charge
– Free Delivery – over 99,17€ (excl. VAT)
– DPD Pickup point 3,15€ (incl. VAT)
– Venipak Pickup point 3,39€ (incl. VAT)
– Venipak Courier 12,50€ (incl. VAT)
– DPD Courier 14,98€ (incl. VAT)

Delivery costs within Baltics (Lithuania, Estonia)

Shipping within the Lithuania and Estonia is usually run by DPD, Venipak. In fact, shipping via both vendors means numerous advantages for you. Uncomplicated and comfortable tracing of the current shipping and processing status as well as fast delivery are just two of them. The costs of delivery are determined by the respective total weight of your order. The commodities are automatically insured (standart CMR 8.33 SDR).

The billing of the subsequent deliveries deviates from the above mentioned billing model:
– Free Delivery – over 147,93€ (excl. VAT)
– Venipak Pickup 4,48€ (incl. VAT)
– DPD Pickup 6,78€ (incl. VAT)
– DPD Courier 14,98€ (incl. VAT)

Delivery costs within other part of Europe

Shipping within the Europe is usually run by DPD. In fact, shipping via DPD means numerous advantages for you. Uncomplicated and comfortable tracing of the current shipping and processing status as well as fast delivery are just two of them. The costs of delivery are determined by the respective total weight of your order. The commodities are automatically insured (standart CMR 8.33 SDR).

The billing of the subsequent deliveries deviates from the above mentioned billing model:
– Free Delivery – over 250,00€ (excl. VAT)
– DPD Pickup 18,15€ (incl. VAT)
– DPD Courier 19,49€ (incl. VAT)

5. Warranty

If defects are found in the goods, you have the right to raise warranty claims stipulated by law. Steamkits does not provide any additional guarantees regarding defects of the goods in addition to the rights stipulated by law. In accordance with the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Law, in relation to any defects in purchased goods that occur within the two-year warranty period stipulated by law, you may optionally request that the service provided be remedied for non-compliance with the terms of the contract, that the defect be remedied/re-delivered, and, if the requirements stipulated by law are met, additionally request a reduction in the price of the goods or withdrawal from the contract, and additionally request a refund of the amount paid for the goods.

6. Ordering and payment

Once you have selected the goods you wish to purchase and clicked “Confirm order”, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. You can make payments in the online store with Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard or American Express bank cards, as well as other payment methods provided by Montionio; Stripe; Klix and Etso integrations. If you wish to make any changes to your order, please contact us immediately by e-mail readLine@steamkits.eu. It may happen that we are unable to specify your order, therefore we apologize in advance for the inconvenience caused, but we will try our best to help you. We do not transfer credit card or other payment information to third parties, except for processing payments for ordered goods as required by law.

7. Prices

Our prices are indicated in EUR and include the statutory VAT rate. We have the right to withdraw from the sales contract concluded on the website and we are not obliged to deliver the ordered goods in the following cases: if as a result of a system error the price or quality of the goods is incorrectly indicated on the website, or if the final purchase price is incorrectly indicated in the shopping cart, and as a result of such an error the indicated price fluctuations have exceeded 15%. Upon detection of such an error, we will immediately notify you and you will be entitled to an immediate refund using the payment method you originally selected for the transaction. You may purchase the same goods at the adjusted price indicated in the notification by placing the selected goods in a new shopping cart. We are not liable for any additional compensation for any losses you may incur as a result of such withdrawal from the contract.

8. Retention of title

We retain title to the goods until full payment has been made.

9. Alternative dispute resolution

You always have the right to contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre or the European Consumer Centre in Latvia to ask these institutions to intervene in the resolution of a dispute between us. However, please note that we are neither obliged nor willing to participate in any other alternative dispute resolution procedures before other arbitration institutions.
